Our room was refreshed everyday. Our personal properties were never touched or missing. Location was convenient to all the Capitol Hill facilities. Our Uber rides were always under $25.

The Location was awesome, right around the corner from the subway. Drugstore and Grocery Store across the street and half a block away. The swimming pool and hot tub were the very best part. And it was amazing, they offered complimentary water flavored with all different kinds of fresh fruit. There was a Mini Fridge and a microwave.

My stay at the Hilton Inn was pleasant and comfortable. Everything met up to my expectations. Staff was pleasant , nice and helpful. Check in/out was speedy and simple. My room was clean and comfortable. I was not a fan of the shower. The sprayer had to much force to it and water sprayed everywhere. Also would have been nice if shower caps were provided. Valet parking was convenient and efficient. Overall my experience was good and i will book again in the future.

We were very happy with the card system to get into the building for security. Also the lobby is very well decorated. The room was standard and clean.

I needed a room close to WHC. I chose Garden Inn because it was close. As always the original price grew. There was extra charge for parking. $50 overnight. Charge for breakfast. I wish we could figure out a clean, safe place for family members who want to stay close. COVID has restricted benefits from the past. After a long and stressful day I was exhausted and which I could have just fallen asleep in my car. The hotel provided safety.

I have travelled quite a bit and I am often put off by the hotel staff where I am staying seemingly ‘inconvenienced’ when I approach the desk for anything; check-in, questions or just passing through. Every staff employee went out of their way to greet me when I walked by. They were attentive and pleasant even down to the cleaning staff and parking valet (I did not even have a car). This was the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel in a very long time.
